Staff position as per the uniform H.R. Policy
After implementation of the Vaidyanathan Committee report in Odisha and the guidelines communicated by NABARD for a uniform H.R. Policy and staff requirement assessment for each DCCB, the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Odisha issued the H.R. Policy incorporating the Staff Service Rule, 2011 under Order No. 15251 dated 27 July 2011.
